managing stress

Stress is a reality. At home, in office, during shopping, driving and a lot more situations can provoke one to be in a stressful state. Prolonged exposure of stressors will lead to burnouts and nervous breakdowns. In addition to psychological problems, there are also effects on the physical and physiological systems. Identifying stresses and stressors are acquired skills. Managing stress too are acquired skills. Psychological, sociological, medical and religious aspects of stresses will be the main feature of the program.


The program emphasizes on identifying stress signs and symptoms, identifying stressors, prolonged effects, various stress management techniques, religious points of view and individual consultations. The unique feature is that the program will teach participants to do all stress management techniques. This includes autogenics, self hypnosis, exercises, breathing, solat, doa and zikir.

This is a residential indoor program, 3 days 2 nights, with maximum participation of 30 in a single group.
