leadership is all about surviving. a leader at whatever level they are, must realise that they are full of responsibilities. to the work, to the people, to the bosses, to the company, to the families, to the environment and to themselves.
surviving here means making the right decisions, being creative in thoughts and actions, able to control damage, good in navigation, communicate well, master in anticipation, risk taker, blend well with people, protective, emphatic, can give command and then control situations, understand people and work well with others.
this is a full outdoor program that requires all participants to put up camps. we teach outdoor survival, solo and team. the basis of learning is through experiential nature based reinforcement.
a 4 days and 3 nights program which participants will learn;

7. self motivator
methodology
lectures, discussions, seminars, outdoor activities, nature learning, individual consultation and role play
the maximum participations per group is 30 people. the program is available for group leaders ie; line leaders, supervisors, managers and above.
